If left unacknowledged, stress can lead to physical or mental illness. Our great passion is to help people identify these stressors and support them through their healing journey.

Dana Sibley – Wellness Coach,  Holistic Health Practitioner 

As a Wellness Coach with a degree in Holistic Health Science and over 15 years of experience as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I have been passionate about helping clients bridge the connection between mind, body, and spirit for lasting transformation. 

My career began in community healthcare and systems management, where I witnessed the incredible value of conventional medicine but also recognized a significant gap in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This realization inspired me to pursue holistic health, blending the best of both worlds to create a more integrated approach to well-being.

I integrate scientific knowledge with holistic  practices to empower individuals to release limitations, reconnect with their essence, and achieve optimal well-being. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with energetic healing and grounding to guide clients toward greater balance, vitality, and alignment with their highest selves.

Kim McLeod – Health and Wellness Coach

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about all aspects of health. My parents instilled in me the importance of staying active and eating whole, nourishing foods.

Leveraging a degree in Physical Education and a background in corporate health and personal training, I bring a holistic, client-focused approach to my work as a health coach. I combine evidence-based strategies with personalized guidance to help clients achieve lasting health and well-being. 

As a Precision Nutrition certified health coach, I focus on long-term, meaningful change, achieved through behavioral shifts, mindset development, and alignment between lifestyle and individual goals. 

In 2020, I took my passion for health one step further and became a certified Building Biologist through the Institute of Building Biology and Sustainability. The built environment impacts our health, something we don’t often consider. I aim to raise awareness and help people improve their living and work spaces by creating healthy and nurturing built environments.

Whether you're looking to improve energy, restore balance, or feel more confident in your daily choices, my goal is to provide guidance that empowers you to take ownership of your health, without quick fixes.
