My career began in community healthcare and systems management, where I witnessed the incredible value of conventional medicine but also recognized a significant gap in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This realization inspired me to pursue holistic health, blending the best of both worlds to create a more integrated approach to well-being.
I integrate scientific knowledge with intuitive practices to empower individuals to release limitations, reconnect with their essence, and achieve optimal well-being. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with energetic healing to guide clients toward greater balance, vitality, and alignment with their highest selves.
